Here we added a 3 bay attached garage with a full second story mother in law suite. This is definately on the upper end of the scale. The project includes custom made windows and doors along with New Orleans styled baconies, a full custom kitchen with granite tops and a master styled bath with private laundry.

This project consisted of adding a sun room, basically an extension of the living room. It had to be done in a manner that made it appear to be built at the same time the house was constructed some 20 years earlier. We added the slab, cut out the exterior wall, installed new windows and after a fireplace was and custom entertainment center was added it all flowed like the customer wanted.

This Home had a catastrophic flood while the owners were out of town for several weeks. The entire house flooded to the point where all of the sheetrock on the walls and the floor covering in the entire house had to be replaced. A new HVAC system, a new kitchen, master bathroom, interior trim, floor coverings and interior paint were all part of this massive restoration.

This house had beautiful hardwood floors covered up with carpet and lanolium. A new kitchen and master bathroom were added as well as interior paint and a complete refinish of the floors. A porch was enclosed improperly so it had to be demo-ed and new railings installed.

This house just needed some help. We cleaned up the yard and regraded the back. Someone added a rear porch and did not do it well, so we tore it down and added a small deck. We then added a new roof, installed new cabinets and new flooring through out. A thorough paint job inside and out completed the job.

This home had Louisianna Pacific (LP) siding. Most of it was rotten. The roof needed to be replaced and the deck was falling apart. New siding, roof, sheething, foundation repair and a complete paint job turned this house around.

This house caught fire and was heavily damaged. We kept the wall framing and the brick, the crawlspace and foundation. We replaced the insulation, sheetrock, wiring, plumbing, HVAC, windows, doors, kitchen, baths, flooring, interior trim, roof and roof framing. We were able to salvage 80% of the original hardwood floors, even after being exposed to the eliments for over a year.
