Charles Temples has been in construction for 29 years and has owned and operated Florida Contractors, a residential contracting and design company located in Tallahassee, Fl, for 22 years. Since 1993 he has also operated the Florida Constractors School of Continuing Education. FCSCE provides continuing education seminars for construction professionals through out the State of Florida. His areas of expertise and instruction include construction law, licensing requirements, worker's compensation and the Florida Lien Law. Constructing over one hundred custom homes, designing hundreds of homes through out Florida and instructing thousands of construction professionals has given Charles the background and the experience that makes him the right choice for you.
