- Select the Lot
- Evaluate the lot
- Select / design a house plan
- Create site plan
- Make decisions on finishes, veneers, fixtures, hardware and appliances
- Define allowance pricing
- Select building professionals to bid on project
- Compare bids
- Award bid
- Sign contract and related documents
- Obtain engineering
- Apply for permits
- Close construction loan
