Charles Temples has been in residential construction for 29 years. He worked for other contractors learning the trade until he started his own business in 1987. Since that time he has devoted himself to refining the process of construction to make communication and documentation the basis for construction relationships. He currently operates Florida Contractors, llc a residential contracting and design company located in Tallahassee, Fl.
When you just aren't sure!
If you have a project that you would like a second opinion on, or if you would like to investigate the feasability of a new project and would like a profesional unbiased opinion, relax, we have the solution for you. We offer consulting both in and out of our office. If you would like for us to examine construction documents, plans or do a feasability study we charge $100 for the first hour in the office and $60 for each additional hour. If your project is larger than we can cover in one session we can offer you a per job consulting fee. If you need consulting in the field, our rates are $150 for the first visit and $100 per additional visit. Why take a chance on the unknown, we have the license, experience and knowledge that can give you peace of mind. No job is too small or too large. Knowledge is power.
