We have five plans to choose from at this time. The five plans you see to the left are homes we have previously built. There are no surprises as any issues have already been ironed out. The cost for each one is accurate according to a spec sheet. If you wish to upgrade the lighting or appliances there will be an increase based on the cost of the upgrade. If you like the level of fixtures and make no major changes, the cost will be truly fixed. If you would like one of the plans tweaked, we offer that service as well. Additionally if you see a plan in our "home plans" section of this website, we can price it out for you as well or if you have your own plan, we would welcome the opportunity to present you with a bid for our services.
